How do I set my account to attract more ladies? |

completed the registration on our site, you have already made the first
step in seeking your potential mate. Then what you should do is to set
your account to attract more ladies.
Firstly, you are suggested to provide accurate, updated and complete information in your profile.
Ladies will usually expect as much information as possible from a
gentleman in his profile description. If you have details of your
interests and hobbies and your preference of an ideal mate, you are
actually showing ladies that you are sincerely seeking a serious
relationship here. This will help to increase your chance of getting
ladies' interest.
Also, we advise that you upload one of your photos to your profile.
Try to find one that you look good and smile. We notice that the
profiles with photos usually get twenty times more attention and mails
from the ladies than those without any photo!
Thirdly, it is recommended that you keep your profile more active.
You can set your profile status as "Visible" so that you can receive
initiative contact from ladies. If you wish to receive more, we suggest
you refreshing your profile on a regular basis and logging into your
account as frequently as possible. What's more, adding the ladies to
your interest at your "favorite" list can also encourage them to send

Why haven't I received notifications in my login email? |

It is possible that your e-mail settings block receiving e-mails from us. We suggest you white listing our address and adding service@chnsweetlady.com and notifications@chnsweetlady.com to your e-mail address book.
Another possible reason is that you didn't set your account to receive
notifications. You can change your preference in your account settings
to ensure Weekly Updates, Notification of Cupid Response and
Notification of Admiration Letter are all "enabled".

How do I subscribe to your Weekly Updates of my matches? |

At the first
stage of your registration to Chnsweetlady, you will be asked whether or not
to "Send me photos of my compatible matches if new ladies' profiles
have just posted at weekend." This option is a default preference, if
you do not cancel this preference; the Weekly Updates is automatically
subscribed to your account.

Can I continue to contact ladies after hiding my profile? |
|
| |
Yes. Hiding
your profile will not affect your communication with ladies. You can
continue to send Cupid Notes, EMF mails and view addresses of ladies.
It only stops further Admiration Letters for you because your profile
cannot be viewed by our agencies and the ladies when "Hidden". | |

The pictures in the notification emails can't be displayed regularly, why? |

Please check the following options of your email settings:
Image Blocking
1) Don't block any images
2) Block images in messages that Spam Guard thinks are spam
3) Block all images until I've had a chance to look it over
Among the options, you'd better choose the First or the Second one. Meanwhile, please add our email addresses: service@chnsweetlady.com and notifications@chnsweetlady.com to your email address book. |
