Can I get my favorite lady's address and contact her directly? |

Yes, you can. You may purchase the lady's address and contact her directly.
In the lady's profile, on the right hand side of her head portrait,
there is a list showing what is included in her address. Usually, there
are post address, email address and telephone number. Post address is a
must, whereas email address and telephone number are optional,
depending on the lady's situation, which contains if she can speak
English, has access to the Internet, and prefer direct communication.
Please have a check before you purchase the address.

What is the cost for each address of your ladies? |

For each address, two credits will be deducted from your account. | |

How do I be sure that the lady's contact information is correct and updated? |

The time when
ladies filled in the application forms inside the local service
providers, they were required to fill in their contact info, their
basic information, their requirements for ideal mates and so on. And
the local service providers would verify and submit ladies' profiles
including their contact info to us on an 'AS-IS' basis, then wait for
the final verification by our team before ladies' profiles get posted
on our site. That's the working procedures that all the local service
providers we cooperate with must abide by.
And we require those service providers to check up ladies' contact info
regularly and submit to us in time the changes in ladies' contact info
so as to keep it up-to-date. Also, they need to inform us in time of
those ladies who were engaged or unavailable, so that we could have
their profiles hidden or removed. That is always our policy to ensure
that those ladies listed be available.
There are occasions when ladies change their contact info, but they
don't inform the local service providers in time. That would lead to
the inaccessibility of their addresses. In that case, please report to
us promptly. We would require the local service providers to have a
check for you and give you the correct address of the lady. | |

How long does it take to get the lady's reply if I send her a postal mail? |

It depends on
where your letter is sent out. Normally, it takes at least a week,
sometimes about two weeks for regular postal mails to be sent from the
U.S. to China.
Note: We are glad to help you in sending a letter to your lady.
You can ask us to mail you her Chinese address in JPG format so that
you can print it out and paste it on the envelope. To make double
insurance for the delivery, we suggest that you include both English
(as released in the lady's profile) and Chinese address on the envelop. | |

How soon can I receive a reply if I send a letter to her email address? |

It depends on
many factors, such as the lady's English level, whether she owns a
computer and has access to the Internet, or other personal reasons. |

I forget to save the address I viewed, can I view it again without being charged? |
|

Yes. If you
click on the "View Address" button for a second time on the same
profile, you will not be charged any more. Two credits are only
deducted automatically for each address for the first time when you

What am I supposed to do if the lady's address I viewed is incorrect? |

In case that
some ladies didn't notify the local service providers of the change in
their contact info, or they no longer need our service, it is possible
that the address you viewed is incorrect or inaccessible. If you
suspect the contract info you obtained is not valid, please be sure to
report to us within three months after you viewed it. We will contact
the local service provider for verification.
According to our Terms of Use, Chnsweetlady reserves the right to reject
your inquiry for ladies' updated contact info after three months. Hope
you can understand that due to many unpredictable factors, it is
unreasonable and unable for us guarantee the lady is available or the
contact info you obtain is valid all the time. | |

I am a US client, shall I wait to view the lady's address after I purchase it? |

Yes. If you are
a US client, when you purchase a lady's address, she will have to
approve your Disclosure Form first (as requested by IMBRA), before you
can view her address.
The service provider will deliver your Disclosure Form to the lady and
obtain her approval as soon as they received your request. Usually, it
will take about 3 working days. But in cases that the lady is out for
travelling, or business trip, or unexpected delay occurs, you might
need to wait a little longer. You can also contact us for assistance. | |

My address request has been rejected. Can I get my credits refunded? |

If you are a US
client, when you purchase a lady's address, the credits will be
deducted from your account once you make the request. But if the lady
rejects your request, which means that she does not approve your
Disclosure Form, you will be refunded 2 credits for this request
shortly. | |

Will you notify the lady whose address I have bought? |

There are two circumstances here.
If you are a US client, yes, the lady will be notified. At the time you
make the address request, your Disclosure Form will be sent to her. You
can only view her address after she approves it.
On the other hand, if you are not a US client, the lady will not be
notified, as her address will dispaly once you make the request. But
she can ask Chnsweetlady Servie Provider to check the record and find who
has bought her address. | |
