How do I pay for the credits? |

| | You can pay for the credits both online and offline.
To order credits online with your credit card, you may:
- Login to your Chnsweetlady account
- Go to the Order Page, click on the amount of credits you want to purchase, you'll be led to checkout page
- Select the Order Processor you prefer, complete the transaction by following the instruction
- The credits will be added to your account on real time basis
If you do not have a credit card, or have concern about online
purchase, you may consider sending us payment offline. There are
several options such as Western Union, Money Gram, Bank Wire Transfer,
International Money Order and Check. |

How long does it take to get my order processed? |
 |
| | The credits you purchased online with your credit card will be added to your account on real time basis.
If you place an eCheck through PayPal, the time to get it cleared will
depend on the settlement between your bank and the Order Processor.
Chnsweetlady will update your credits once your eCheck is cleared.
There are other offline payment options such as Western Union, Money
Gram, Bank Wire Transfer, International Money Order and Check. If you
pay us by Western Union or Money Gram, we will update your credits in a
few minutes we receive the payment details. |

Is it safe when I pay online with my credit card? |

To protect your privacy we use highly secure order processing services
provided by third-party billing company. This means your credit card
information is entered using a secure server, and transferred
internally using PGP, the most powerful encryption available. Your
customer details may not be sold or made available to anyone else and
your card details are only known by our order processors. | |

Do you accept U.S. dollars only? |

listed on our site are in U.S. dollars. But it is also acceptable if
you pay in other currencies through the following payment options:
1) When you pay us online with your credit card or PayPal account, our
order processor will make the real time conversion based on the current
exchange rate.
2) If you pay offline via check or money order, we advise you to
convert our prices (in U.S. dollars) into the equivalent amount of your
own currency.
3) For Western Union payment, please inform the Western Union official
that the beneficiary will be accepting USD on the other end, so they
can help to exchange your currency into U.S. dollars.
4) For bank wire transfer, we only accept payment in U.S. dollars. You
are suggested to convert your payment into U.S. dollars before you get
it transferred to our bank account. | |

What will be the charge name on my billing statement if I make a payment online with you? |

placed on our site will be processed by our third-party order
processors like WorldPay.com, AsiaPay.com and PayPal.com. When you make
a payment online successfully, our order processor will automatically
send out the transaction confirmation email stating clearly your order
number, purchase amount and also the charge name "Chnsweetlady.COM".
There will be slight changes on the charge name with different order
processors, but our domain name will surely be contained in it. You
will also find in your billing statement that "Chnsweetlady.COM" is shown as
the charge name. | |

Still no credits. Has my order gone through? |
 |

purchased online will be processed and added to your account on real
time basis. There are some rare cases in which there is failure of the
communication between our server and the order processor's.
Once you have purchased CSL Credits by credit card successfully, the
server of our order processor will "notify" our server. But in some
rare cases, the server of Chnsweetlady may not receive the payment
notification which leads to the failure in adding credits to your
account.
If you ever encounter this problem, please have a check whether you
have received the transaction confirmation letter sent by our order
processor. For each successful transaction, there'll be a confirmation
email sent out accordingly.
In case you were charged but have not received the credits yet, please
send us the transaction confirmation email for a further check. We will
help solve this problem as soon as possible. | |
